Holli's 18th bday!

While I was in Colorado Brandin's youngest sister Holli turned 18. My mom  in law and sis in law asked if I would make some decorations for the surprise party, and we decided on Minnie Mouse!

We had the party at my sis in law Mandi's house and I made some tissue pom poms that hopefully resembled Mickey and Minnie Mouse. I also found some cute balloons at Hobby Lobby that matched out theme nicely :)

Here is my Minnie Mouse, It's about 1 1/2 - 2 feet accross.

I also made Mickey/Minnie ears for all of the guests! lol

Mandi is awesome with cakes and made adorable Minnie Mouse cupcakes!

The Birthday girl!!

(the next day she had to wear her minnie ears to school and didn't take them off all day. Success!! lol)

Silly Carter!

We even had a surprise guest from Minnie Mouse herself!! Holli and Carter jumped for joy when they saw her!

Silly kids

For the last day before the Beveridges left I had Emily so Judith could pack/clean while Simon did his finals. I snapped a couple photos of the kids  when I snuck up on them sitting on the couch while talking and holding hands.

Carter wanted to get Emily Lightening McQueen for Christmas, and we also printed a pict of the two and found a cute frame for it.

Zoned out to the TV warching Curious George.

For their last meal in Wymount they decided they had to try an "American" sized pizza, so they got a 24" to share :)

Judith had to stand on her tippy toes to see over the pizza box.

Ward Christmas Party

This year for the ward Christmas party I was asked to help the Relief Society and the Primary decorate. The theme the Relief Society decided on was a winter wonderland. They had all the centerpieces taken care of so I decided to hang some Christmas lights and hang snowflakes and falling snow (cotton balls) for added effect.  Then we took my tree down and set it up on stage. I think overall I would call this one a success :) I am so happy to be in a ward that I get to help with the fun side of things!!! :) I am truly blessed.

Usually when Carter and I Go outside there is no one to play with and he gets bored and we go back inside. . . but one day we happened to be out at the perfect time and he was able to play with lots of friends, for over 2 hours! Lucky boy :)
