As he has grown he had such a personality! He will dance and giggle and be silly. I love it! He is also a very strong willed little boy when he wants to be. His best friend is Kherrington Whiting, she lives across the street and they are both constantly trying to run to each others house whenever they get the chance. They also love hanging out in the foyer at church during sacrament meeting. lol. Carter is very very active and thinks jumping off anything he can climb up is awesome :)
